Timber framed, precision engineered and manufactured, SIP technology.  All timber is sustainably sourced.

EPDM single ply membrane system.  Available as a living roof or with sky lights if required.

• Insulation

Fully insulated to achieve the highest U value possible

• Exterior Cladding

From western redwood cedar to composite cladding, with ten finishes to choose from the choice is yours.

• Doors & Windows

Using German technology, these products are one of the most efficient products on the market with a huge choice of styles and RAL colours to choose from.

• Walls

Plaster finished and painted in a choice of colours with the option of feature walls and built in units.

• Heating

Electric heating as standard with the option to upgrade to luxury under floor heating.

• Flooring

Fitted as standard from a choice of three engineered oak flooring finishes, upgrades available.

• Electrics

The internal electrics will be supplied by Modern Living and will include flush plate sockets in a choice of finishes, internal and external spot lights.  The mains supply will by subject to site survey.

• Plumbing

The addition of a sink, toilet, shower, bathrooms would be an optional extra subject to site survey.
